solving patterns

In class we have been working on patterns this is my pattern rule: you times the how many times you have repeated the pattern and times it by three so sample 1 is: 1x3=3 sticks 

sample 2 is: 2x3= 6 sticks

sample 3 is: 3x3=9 sticks
